Applies to: JIANRYU.KR (“we,” “our,” “us,” the “Website”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JIANRYU.KR, or by purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any product, workshop, group coaching program, membership, community, or session (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to visitors, paid customers, coaching and program participants, workshop attendees, community members, and affiliates. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

Membership / Private Coaching — the recurring monthly membership including private 1:1 sessions.
Group Coaching Program — any cohort-based or ongoing group program combining live group sessions, self-paced materials, community access, and/or workshops.
Workshop — any live (online or offline) paid or member-access session or event.
Materials — all content provided through the Services (videos, templates, PDFs, documents, frameworks, recordings, session content).
Client Stories — your results, outcomes, feedback, case examples, and statements arising from the Services.
Member ("회원" / "멤버") — any individual enrolled in a Membership, Group Coaching Program, or other paid Service. The terms "Member," "회원," and "멤버" are used interchangeably across these Terms and our member-facing materials and refer to the same person.

3. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All Materials are owned by JIANRYU.KR and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased Materials for your own internal learning and business only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, or use any Materials or session content to build, operate, or assist a competing program, product, or service. This license ends when your access ends.

4. User Content, Client Stories & Testimonials — License

By participating in any Service, community, session, survey, or channel, you grant JIANRYU.KR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and adapt (a) any content you post in our community or channels, and (b) your Client Stories, for operations, education, and marketing, across any medium now known or later developed.

For marketing use, JIANRYU.KR will use Client Stories in de-identified form — with your name, business name, location, and other reasonably identifying details removed — and no separate, per-instance permission is required for such de-identified use. Any use that identifies you personally (real name, business name, face/image, or identifying specifics) will be made only with your prior consent. You may opt out of marketing use, and request removal of a specific published item, at any time by emailing jian@jianryu.kr; we apply your request to content created after receipt and make reasonable efforts as to already-published items.

5. Membership Sessions & Scheduling

Private membership includes two (2) 30-minute sessions per calendar month, booked via the standing scheduling link. Same-day booking is unavailable; slots are open until the day before. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. To reschedule, book the new slot first and decline the existing calendar invite. Same-day cancellation, no-show, or arriving 10+ minutes late counts as a used session, and sessions end at their scheduled time regardless of a late start.

6. Group Coaching Program & Workshops

6.1 Format. Group Coaching Programs and Workshops may be delivered as live group sessions, online workshops (typically monthly), self-paced Materials, and community access, in any combination. Live participation is the benefit; recordings are not guaranteed and may not be provided.
6.2 Provider discretion. JIANRYU.KR may change the schedule, format, structure, curriculum, platform, cadence, or bonuses; substitute live content with recorded Materials; and set or limit cohort size and seats, at its discretion, without refund, provided the overall value is preserved.
6.3 No guarantee of participants or environment. We do not guarantee any particular co-participants, group size, or interaction level.
6.4 Conduct & removal. You will engage respectfully and not disrupt, harass, spam, solicit, or poach other members or staff. JIANRYU.KR may mute, suspend, or remove any participant for conduct or breach, without refund, and may decline renewal.
6.5 Third-party platforms. Delivery relies on third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google, Stripe). We are not liable for their outages, changes, or failures.
6.6 Recording by participants. You may not record, screenshot for distribution, or share group/workshop sessions or other participants' information without prior written consent.

7. Fees, Billing & Payment

Fees are charged in full at purchase unless a payment plan is expressly offered. Membership renews monthly on the date of your first roadmap session to the card on file. Payments are processed by Stripe; Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Prices may change; a locked price applies only while your membership/enrollment remains continuous and reverts to the then-current price if you re-enroll.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Workshops — non-refundable. All Workshop fees are final and non-refundable, and non-transferable unless we state otherwise in writing. No-show or non-attendance forfeits the fee.
8.2 Group Coaching Program — non-refundable. Enrollment fees are final and non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed or any access/Material has been delivered. No partial or pro-rated refund is given for missed sessions, unused portions, or early departure, however arising.
8.3 Membership. To stop, email jian@jianryu.kr at least 7 days before your renewal date; billing stops from the next cycle and you keep access through the end of the paid month. The already-paid month is non-refundable and not pro-rated. Requests within 7 days take effect from the following renewal. No cancellation penalty applies.
8.4 Digital products — non-refundable.
8.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in breach of these Terms is itself a breach and may result in immediate termination of access without refund; we reserve all rights to recover amounts owed.

9. Conditional Guarantee

Where a "conditional guarantee" is expressly offered, it provides additional service, support, or re-enrollment only — never a monetary refund — and applies solely if you meet all stated execution requirements (e.g., attending sessions, completing assignments, publishing work, sharing requested data). It is not a results or money-back guarantee.

10. No Guarantee of Results; Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." JIANRYU.KR makes no guarantee of any revenue, profit, business outcome, traffic, leads, rankings, sales, or other result. Individual results depend on your own effort, market, and execution. Nothing provided is medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and legal/regulatory compliance (including medical-advertising laws applicable to your practice).

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: share member-only Materials or session content; reverse-engineer or repurpose Materials into competing offerings; harass, abuse, or defame; misuse the community; solicit or poach members/staff; infringe intellectual property; or use the Services unlawfully. Breach may result in removal without refund.

12. Termination & Suspension

JIANRYU.KR may suspend or terminate your access for breach, non-payment, chargeback, or conduct, without refund. JIANRYU.KR may also decline renewal or end the relationship at the next renewal if it judges the fit unsuitable, with prior notice. On termination, your license and access end.

13. "Lifetime Access"

"Lifetime access," where offered, means access for as long as the program exists. Access may end due to business closure, platform discontinuation, force majeure, or Terms violations. No refund is issued for discontinuation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIANRYU.KR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JIANRYU.KR, its owner, and staff from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your business decisions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

16. Force Majeure

JIANRYU.KR is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, platform or internet outages, acts of God, government action, or emergencies. We may reschedule or substitute delivery without refund.

17. Confidentiality (Group Settings)

Information other participants share in group sessions or the community is confidential; you will not disclose or exploit it. This does not limit JIANRYU.KR's rights under §4 to use de-identified Client Stories.

18. Privacy & Cookies

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which you consent to. We handle personal data as described there.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation, then mediation/arbitration under HKIAC rules. Class actions are waived.

20. Language

The English version prevails in case of any conflict with a translation.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is posted at jianryu.kr/terms with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.

JIANRYU.KR을 이용하거나, 제품·워크샵·그룹 코칭 프로그램·멤버십·커뮤니티·세션(이하 통칭 '서비스')을 구매·등록·참여함으로써 본 약관에 동의합니다. 방문자, 유료 고객, 코칭·프로그램 참가자, 워크샵 참석자, 커뮤니티 멤버, 제휴자에게 적용됩니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 마세요.

2. 정의

멤버십 / 프라이빗 코칭 — 프라이빗 1:1 세션을 포함한 월 정기 멤버십.
그룹 코칭 프로그램 — 라이브 그룹 세션·자기주도 자료·커뮤니티·워크샵을 결합한 기수제 또는 상시 그룹 프로그램.
워크샵 — 온·오프라인의 유료 또는 멤버 참여형 라이브 세션·행사.
자료(Materials) — 서비스로 제공되는 모든 콘텐츠(영상·템플릿·PDF·문서·프레임워크·녹화본·세션 내용).
고객 사례(Client Stories) — 서비스로부터 발생한 회원의 성과·결과·피드백·사례·발언.
회원('멤버') — 멤버십·그룹 코칭 프로그램·기타 유료 서비스에 등록한 개인. 본 약관 및 멤버 대상 안내 자료에서 '회원'과 '멤버'는 같은 의미로 혼용되며 동일한 대상을 가리킵니다.

3. 지식재산권 및 자료 이용

모든 자료의 저작권 등 권리는 JIANRYU.KR에 있습니다. 회원은 구매한 자료를 본인의 학습·사업 용도로만 쓸 수 있는 제한적·개인적·양도 불가·철회 가능한 라이선스를 받습니다. 자료 및 세션 내용을 복제·공유·배포·재판매·공개 게시·재라이선스하거나, 경쟁 프로그램·제품·서비스를 만들거나 돕는 데 사용할 수 없습니다. 접근이 종료되면 라이선스도 종료됩니다.

4. 회원 콘텐츠·고객 사례·후기 이용 허락

서비스·커뮤니티·세션·설문·채널에 참여함으로써, 회원은 JIANRYU.KR에게 (a) 커뮤니티·채널 게시 콘텐츠와 (b) 고객 사례를 운영·교육·마케팅 목적으로 모든 매체에서 이용·복제·편집할 수 있는 비독점적·전 세계적·무상·영구적 라이선스를 부여합니다.

마케팅 활용 시 고객 사례는 비식별 형태(이름·상호·지역 및 특정 가능한 정보를 제거)로만 사용하며, 이러한 비식별 활용에는 건별 동의가 필요하지 않습니다. 신원이 드러나는 형태(실명·상호·얼굴/이미지·특정 가능한 세부정보)의 활용은 사전 동의가 있을 때만 이루어집니다. 회원은 언제든 jian@jianryu.kr 로 마케팅 활용을 거부하거나 게시 항목의 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 요청 접수 이후 콘텐츠에 반영되고 기존 게시물도 합리적 범위에서 조치합니다.

5. 멤버십 세션 및 예약

프라이빗 멤버십은 월 2회, 각 30분 세션을 포함하며 고정 예약 링크로 잡습니다. 당일 예약은 불가하고 전날까지 열려 있습니다. 안 쓴 회차는 다음 달로 이월되지 않습니다. 시간 변경은 새 시간을 먼저 잡고 기존 초대를 '참석 안 함'으로 응답하면 됩니다. 당일 취소·노쇼·10분 이상 지각은 회차를 사용한 것으로 보며, 늦게 시작해도 세션은 예정 시각에 종료됩니다.

6. 그룹 코칭 프로그램 및 워크샵

6.1 형식. 라이브 그룹 세션, (통상 월 1회) 온라인 워크샵, 자기주도 자료, 커뮤니티 접근을 조합해 제공될 수 있습니다. 라이브 참여가 혜택이며, 녹화본은 보장되지 않고 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.
6.2 운영 재량. JIANRYU.KR은 일정·형식·구성·커리큘럼·플랫폼·주기·보너스를 변경하거나, 라이브를 녹화 자료로 대체하거나, 정원·좌석을 정하거나 제한할 수 있으며, 전체 가치가 유지되는 한 환불 없이 재량으로 조정합니다.
6.3 참가자·환경 무보장. 특정 동료 참가자·그룹 규모·상호작용 수준을 보장하지 않습니다.
6.4 행동 규범 및 제명. 회원은 예의를 지키고 다른 멤버·스태프를 방해·괴롭힘·스팸·권유·유인하지 않습니다. JIANRYU.KR은 규범 위반 시 환불 없이 발언 제한·정지·제명할 수 있고 갱신을 거절할 수 있습니다.
6.5 제3자 플랫폼. Zoom·Slack·Google·Stripe 등 제3자 플랫폼의 중단·변경·장애에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
6.6 녹화 금지. 사전 서면 동의 없이 그룹·워크샵 세션이나 다른 참가자 정보를 녹화·배포용 캡처·공유할 수 없습니다.

7. 요금·청구·결제

결제는 별도 분납이 명시되지 않는 한 구매 시 전액 청구됩니다. 멤버십은 첫 로드맵 세션일 기준 매월 등록 카드로 갱신됩니다. 결제는 Stripe로 처리되며 Stripe 수수료는 어떤 경우에도 환불되지 않습니다. 가격은 변동될 수 있고, 고정 가격은 멤버십·등록이 연속되는 동안에만 유지되며 재등록 시 그 시점 가격이 적용됩니다.

8. 환불 및 취소

8.1 워크샵 — 환불 불가. 모든 워크샵 비용은 확정이며 환불되지 않습니다. 별도 서면 안내가 없는 한 양도도 불가하며, 노쇼·불참 시 비용은 소멸합니다.
8.2 그룹 코칭 프로그램 — 환불 불가. 등록 확정 또는 자료·접근이 제공된 이후에는 확정이며 환불되지 않습니다. 사유를 불문하고 결석·미이용분·중도 이탈에 대한 부분·비례 환불은 없습니다.
8.3 멤버십. 중단은 갱신일 7일 전까지 jian@jianryu.kr 로 이메일하면 다음 주기부터 청구가 멈추고, 이미 결제된 달은 말일까지 이용합니다. 이미 결제된 달은 환불·비례정산되지 않습니다. 7일 이내 요청은 그 다음 갱신부터 반영됩니다. 위약금은 없습니다.
8.4 디지털 제품 — 환불 불가.
8.5 지불 거절(차지백). 본 약관에 반하는 차지백·결제 분쟁 제기는 그 자체로 위반이며, 환불 없이 즉시 접근이 종료될 수 있고 미수금 회수 권리를 보유합니다.

9. 조건부 개런티

'조건부 개런티'가 명시적으로 제공되는 경우, 이는 추가 서비스·지원 또는 재등록만 제공하며 금전 환불은 절대 아닙니다. 명시된 실행 요건(세션 참석·과제 완료·콘텐츠 발행·요청 데이터 공유 등)을 모두 충족한 경우에만 적용됩니다. 성과 보장이나 환불 보장이 아닙니다.

10. 성과 무보장 및 면책

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. JIANRYU.KR은 매출·수익·사업 성과·트래픽·리드·순위·판매 등 어떤 결과도 보장하지 않습니다. 결과는 회원의 노력·시장·실행에 달려 있습니다. 제공물은 의료·법률·세무·재무 자문이 아니며, 회원은 자신의 사업 결정과 법규 준수(특히 의료광고 관련 법규)에 대해 전적으로 책임집니다.

11. 금지 행위

멤버 전용 자료·세션 내용 공유, 자료의 역설계·경쟁 상품화, 괴롭힘·비방, 커뮤니티 악용, 멤버·스태프 유인, 지식재산권 침해, 불법 이용을 금합니다. 위반 시 환불 없이 제명될 수 있습니다.

12. 해지 및 정지

JIANRYU.KR은 위반·미납·차지백·부적절 행동에 대해 환불 없이 접근을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다. 또한 서로 맞지 않는다고 판단하면 사전 고지 후 다음 갱신에서 관계를 종료할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 라이선스와 접근이 종료됩니다.

13. "평생 이용"

'평생 이용'은 제공되는 경우 프로그램이 존속하는 동안의 이용을 의미합니다. 폐업·플랫폼 중단·불가항력·약관 위반으로 종료될 수 있으며, 중단에 대한 환불은 없습니다.

14. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, JIANRYU.KR은 간접·부수적·특별·결과적 손해나 일실이익·데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 총 책임액은 청구 원인 발생 직전 3개월간 회원이 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.

15. 면책보상

회원은 서비스 이용, 자신의 콘텐츠·사업 결정, 본 약관 또는 법 위반으로 발생하는 청구·손해·비용(합리적 법률비용 포함)으로부터 JIANRYU.KR과 그 대표·스태프를 면책·보상합니다.

16. 불가항력

합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유(질병, 플랫폼·인터넷 장애, 천재지변, 정부 조치, 비상 상황 등)로 인한 지연·불이행에 책임지지 않으며, 환불 없이 일정 변경·대체 제공할 수 있습니다.

17. 비밀 유지 (그룹)

그룹 세션·커뮤니티에서 다른 참가자가 공유한 정보는 비밀이며 이를 공개·이용하지 않습니다. 단, §4의 비식별 고객 사례 이용 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.

18. 개인정보 및 쿠키

서비스 이용은 개인정보처리방침 및 쿠키 정책의 적용을 받으며 이에 동의합니다.

19. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 홍콩 특별행정구 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 분쟁은 우선 성실한 협의, 이후 HKIAC 규칙에 따른 조정·중재로 해결합니다. 집단소송은 배제됩니다.

20. 언어

번역본과 충돌 시 영문본이 우선합니다.

21. 약관 변경

약관은 갱신될 수 있으며 최신본은 시행일과 함께 jianryu.kr/terms 에 게시됩니다. 갱신 후 계속 이용하면 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
